Everything was fine except everytime I get my car back the air conditioning is on full blast on the coldest temp with the windows down. Gas is expensive and I know they tend to do this but out of respect for the customer it would be nice if they adjust the air back to how it was when I left the car and not full blast showing no regard

My only comment is my appointment was at 445pm. I was 7mins late traffic. Called ahead to confirm appointment again. Pulled into the service department and waited til 530pm before someone came for car. One customer representative noted the time and was surprised I was still going to be took care of when dept closed at 6. Why schedule so late 445pm if it overburdened the service dept to finish up? Other than that I was took care of and thank you for that.

My service advisor, Tony Conley was great, he couldn't have been better, and I have no problems with him whatsoever. In addition, my service wait time was less than predicted, so I'm happy with that as well. What could have been better was the price for a lube, oil, and filter. That's all I wanted. Yet that cost $88.79. Prior to this past October I lived in Orange County. All my service was done at Tustin Toyota during the past 24+ years. Just to compare, to see if they had recently raised their prices "too", I called Tustin Toyota to get a price quote for a lube, oil, and filter .. and the price they quoted me a few days ago was nearly $30.00 less than what you charged me for the exact same thing, nothing else, which included the multi-point inspection. If you don't want Toyota customers in these price-inflated times taking their cars to Jiffy Lube for a simple lube, oil, and filter, completely depriving you of that business, I would strongly suggest being more price-competitive.

Mario was efficient, courteous, and very professional. He has seen that I had had a long day as I am in the medical profession and wanted to make sure that I got my car serviced and that I was in and out as quickly as possible. I wanted him to know so thankful for the courteous service he gave me.
