My vehicle has been in the shop so many times this year for the very same reason. It wasn’t Rachel that was unsatisfactory. She was much better this time with communication until last Monday. I called for an update on Thursday. I was told she no longer worked there. It took me 4 phone calls to finally get someone on the phone that could help. I finally got Vinnie who was said to be a manager. I wasn’t impressed with his managerial skills. He seemed put out to talk to me both on the phone and in person. It was one word answers. It would have been nice to hear, “I’m so sorry we’re having such a hard time figuring out what’s going on with your vehicle”. Or “thank you for your patience”. Something. Anything. Then when I was about to drive away in my hopefully fixed vehicle, I notice the gas light was on. I simply couldn’t believe it. I purposefully looked when I dropped it off and it was 3/4 full. I found the first person I could find. Tyler is who I found. He could tell I was upset and immediately asked “how can I help?”. I told him that an empty tank is simply unacceptable. He said “of course, I’ll take care of it right now”. He didn’t put me off on someone else, or have to ask anyone. He simply took care of me and my problem right away. Finally after almost a year, I got someone who seemed to actually care. I appreciated that. Unfortunately after all the disappointment, I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere. But thank you Tyler. I’m glad my very last experience was positive.
