I’m ok with the service, just disappointed that with my purchase of service contracts at time of vehicle, none of the three will cover the swollen lug nuts on the mustang. 5000.00 worth of contracts should have covered it

Repair was handled timely
I appreciated Jodi getting the car in quickly. She even said they would wash it and make it look nice. However, when I picked up the car, it was still dirty, with bird poop all over the side windows. When Jodi handed me the keys and told me it was all ready, I assumed she checked it before handing me the keys. That was not the case. The customer service I received today was not great. It would have been nice if she took the time to check my car before handing over the keys after I was told it would be clean.
Chris Walker was so polite and wonderful to work with. Joe, in the parts dept was so great as well! He got our running boards on the same day so that I didn’t have to come back to get them. Thank you so much Joe!! And thank you Chris for taking such good care of us!

I was supposed to have a loaner but one was not available. I was supposed to get a call when one was available but to date have heard nothing. Supposedly it is still an open ticket.
