Jody McPhail went above and beyond my expectations of customer service and satisfaction. She kept in contact with me while my Mustang was being serviced and was 100% accurate on the cost. You should have her training the rest of your service team. She is an excellent example of what your customers should deserve when they come to Grapevine Ford for service.
