Tyler is always very helpful and explains things well. His approach and demeanor make it an easy decision to have the dealership handle all maintenance, service, and repairs.
Chris was exceptionable today, he took care of all the service needs we discussed on our vehicle, and delivered “when” he said he would on completion, but that’s only part of what he did.
We discussed a recall and he took it and ran and he had Scott Alter contact me and we were able to get that scheduled.
Jody did a great job and really helped when I was in a difficult situation wirh my car. She helped me find the best timing to fit my car in to be repaired. I really appreciate the great service she provided.

Suffice to say that I had swore off Grapevine Ford due to the really bad advisors that had served me before Tyler. I then encountered the answering service that must be in some foreign country, and figured that you guys had gone belly up as far as any local talent.
Lo , and behold, Tyler has totally restored what a real friendly, helpful person in a service business should be.
