Very professional experience!
When I can't talk to a service manager or a used car manager to me this is bad business. And I am disappointed with the service I received. When a costume have a question someone needs to address the problem. SAD on y'all end.
All my issues and concerns are currently 100% resolved. Bob was great at handling my case and seeing through to completion!

My boyfriend Joey was still there for an oil change at 11 am. His appointment was at 8:30. He also was going there to see if we could get a response from somebody on the recall on the Bronco we bought at Grapevine Ford. Between the two of us we have called four times and have not received a call back. So our service experience has been pretty miserable thus far. We even bought the extended warranty and are really regretting that decision given the responsiveness of the service department so far. We have never even met Christopher Walker. It’s possible Joey ran into him at some point today but no one ever identified themselves.

Alfredo, Pete, Cindy and a whole team did a wonderful job as always with my vehicle. I stopped in unannounced for a 70,000 mile oil change and it went off without a hitch everything was executed flawlessly. I even added a new battery. Alfredo did a great job tracking my vehicle history and helped me and my OCD nature stay ahead on maintenance issues. My 2015 F150 is running the best it’s ever run.
