Jody did an outstanding job of communicating with me throughout the entire time my car was in for service. There was a delay in getting a part to fix my door handle. Jody called nearly every day with an update even if there wasn’t much to update. She just wanted to keep me aware of what was happening and that she is on it. I appreciated the follow up. The service and repairs were all done to my satisfaction as well. Thank you!
