We’ve had other vehicles service centers wash our car after service. It would be nice if Lincoln provided it as well.
With the steering damper replaced. My super duty drives 10,000x better. Night and day difference. You have so much control over the vehicle now. It should be a recall as it was dangerous when the truck would slide all over the road. The backend would slide when you hit bumps at 70 mph no longer does this.
The experience started out rocky with my attendant being out. I was given to another person who was very busy. My first impression was not a good one and was really about to leave. Heath helped me and was able to turn the whole experience around. Very informative and kept me update. His sense of humor was a bonus
