I plan on using Grapevine Ford again, returning after an absence of car care elsewhere for my three Ford vehicles. All technicians at Ford Dealerships are trained. All Ford Dealerships can perform maintenance and repair a vehicle. What makes the difference for a customer? Pete Roshell is probably the number one reason I am returning.

They took 2 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. The left the lug lock out. Didn't event put it away. Didn't clean the truck. I get better service and faster service in other places for less money!
