Tyler was very friendly and has great customer service but the dealership didn't have the rotors I needed for my car. I figured the service deot had those parts before I came because when I scheduled my appt I told the lady what was going on with my brakes. Thxs

While Heath was polite and in good communication, he did address our routine service needs and alignment problem. Unfortunately, we did not get rear lincoln monitor working, nor did the recall get addressed. Aldo, the car was returned dirty. This was our first time as a Black Label customer with Grapevine. We really would like our car fixed and returned clean. We do not want to continue sending our very expensive SUV in for service. Very frustrating.

Heath was fine. Keeping someone’s car a month and 90% of items were not duplicated or nothing we can do to change it…..is totally ridiculous. Lincoln’s leather seat installation is a joke to expect the technician to just ‘tuck in raw edges’ and expect it to stay? Joke!!
