Came in for alignment, which was done. However, the steering wheel is not straight and I’ve called back 2 times to talk to someone about getting this fixed and I’ve been asked by an admin to leave a message, but nobody returns calls This needs to be addressed before I am satisfied and I don’t feel I should have to make a new service appt and wait another 2 hours for it to be done
