Aaron is one of the best advisors and I depend on him to guide me on my cars needs. He never steers me wrong and stays in touch throughout my service. I love Grapevine Ford (and Aaron!)
The work done was great and the service advisor was very good. Was very happy to see the front seating area was vacuumed and the Edge was washed and dried.
What I don’t understand is, why the people doing the service have to mess with stuff. Move the drivers seat, lay back the passengers seat, change the radio, etc. I don’t see that any of this is necessary to complete an oil change and tire rotation.
Aaron was great, very helpful. The driver that took me home and the driver that took me home were both super nice!!
We have always had excellent experiences with the service department. They are always friendly and keep us updated on the progress of the repairs. If we ever had a question our service rep was always helpful and willing to answer any questions we had.

Wipers were off time due to car wash. Truck was taken back to the shop and "adjusted" but it still wasnt right. Had to figure it out myself and fix the issue that the dealer caused. It's a small thing but doesnt speak well to customer service.
Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating with the services provided. He was understanding with the short timeline that was needed for services and made great strides to meet the request. The facility was clean and welcoming. All the staff that passed by asked if I needed help, which I had been helped just waiting on the walk around.
Everyone from hand off to hand off took care of me with the utmost respect and kindness. Communication was ample and all my needs and desires were met.
I came in with no appointment and needed an oil change and a step installed and they got it all done the same day in remarkable time. I was very pleased.
