Tyler was professional, efficient and personable. He knew what he was doing, explained how long it could take and added a service that had not been scheduled. He set the expectation and when I learned I needed to possibly leave the car overnight he eliminated my concerns by telling me he would arrange to have Uber take me home & bring me back, if needed. He went above & beyond! Then he got the job done in one day! Great service!
Mechanics did not reset my “oil change” indicator after doing the oil change work. Pete had to take it back to the shop for them to reset the indicator. I also found grease marks from the mechanics on my door upholstery. I had a 10:30 appointment and it took an hour to get an oil and filter change. It seems there isn’t a dedicated staff assigned to do this type of work. Poor service and low quality is not what I’m looking for when I go to a Ford Dealer. I might as well use a quick service oil change outlet. I feel I’m paying a premium price for sub-mediocre work.

This was my first experience with Heath. He was very professional and did a very good job.
Pete did a great job taking care of my vehicle and making sure that I had everything I needed as well. Even while training a new service rep, he made sure that customer service was at the highest quality.
I love recognizing a job well done; however, I really wish I didn’t have to fill out so many service comments/surveys. This could all be done in one message/email/link.
Pete was great.
However, there is a big problem that could not be resolved that I should have been aware of at the time of purchase.

I am very pleased with the Grapevine Ford service department. I needed an oil change and Chris Walker made it happen. I have tried to get service done at a couple of dealerships in the metroplex for three weeks. We couldn’t get it done in our time slot. This past weekend it happened, thanks to Grapevine Ford and Chris Walker!!!
