5 star for Pete. The service managers on the other side are ridiculous, Aaron Mcbride and another mgr sat in their space for 20 minutes while I stood waiting to drop off my truck. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to drop a truck. Pete was very customer focused and communicated well, much appreciated.
