Andrew my service writer did a great job. He kept me informed along the way. My issue is I had a 9:00 AM appointment to have the oil & filter changed; rotate tires; and first state inspection.
My car was not ready until 11:15 or later. If one has an appointment with your Quick service side the above items should not take 135+ minutes to complete.
Laura did exactly what she agreed to do and called me when the parts came it without me having to call her.

Service was not what I've had before. I was told my car was ready and payed for the service and then proceeded to wait about 30 minutes while "my car was in the car wash". I didn't appreciate the extra wait and the 2 he oil change that was apart of it
