I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me $170.44 I can’t believe an oil change would be that much.

Appreciate the work

My service advisor (Pete Roshell) was great. Had to wait a week for an appointment for an oil change (ugh). Arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time. Then watched my truck sit in line with other vehicles waiting for service for what seemed like 30 minutes or more. If you make a dinner reservation you expect to be seated at that time. Not 30-45 minutes later. The oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection (truck is less than 6 months old and had about 5,000 miles on it) and courtesy car wash took right at two hours from the time I arrived. That’s too long for such minor services that shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes apiece. When I got home I saw sections on both front doors that were missed during the wash and the tailgate doesn’t appear to have been washed at all. I appreciate that the truck is definitely cleaner than it was when I brought it in but it looks like a 5 year old washed it. Again I think Pete was excellent but I the guys in the back could have done a lot better.

Very courteous and attentive.

My concerns are around the the fact that the vehicle still had a clear vibration in the front of the vehicle. The repairs done were to address a code indicating issues with the throttle body. My fear is that there are still issues present in the vehicle, and not sure today's work did anything to address the problem.
