I called three times to speak to service with questions. I called three days in a row and left messages three days in a row with someone who said the service department would call me back. I needed to change my appointment date or I needed a loaner car. Since no one called me back and I needed the service I showed up for the appointment. They told me loaners were not available. I had to call someone to come get me and take me to me job and other appointments I had. This was horrible service since no one called me back.

Eddie was wonderful, he was very thorough and helpful. Kudos to you for employing someone so helpful. He does great follow up too.
Porters were great. Appt was at 9. Service advisor absent. Service mgr was in office and should have been helping me. Eddie, service advisor finally was free and helped. Went to lounge area to wait for shuttle. Driver was just leaving for a run. Waited 40 min. Upon return was told another 30-45 min. Called husband. Was told 1/2 day for recall work. Car stayed over night. So this was not your best. I took my husband’s truck to Dodge for recall work. Was met promptly at car. Was given loaner and service completed in stated time. You need to take a lesson from them on great customer service.

Repairs were fine. I was charged over 60.00 for “disposal fee” which I feel is a total ripoff. You guys did pay anything near this to dispose of the part replaced.
