Great experience. Was initially frustrated with the appointment process and having to wait a few days to get in, but I became a believer with the efficiency and level of service that I received on my appointment day. Was expecting to be without my car for a couple days, however, they had it ready to go by early afternoon. Two big thumbs up to Aaron and the team making it happen behind the scenes!

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and some issues with wiring. He calls to tell me that there's a short in the wiring but my extended warranty may not cover it because they have to pretty much tear the whole car apart to find it. So I tell him nevermind I'll just get it fixed another time and then he tells I have to pay a diagnosis fee when they don't even know where the short is. I will never buy a Ford again this vehicle has been a nightmare since day one.
