When I have a 7:00 AM appointment and have to wait to get waited on when service people are just sitting when the service area is full of people waiting to be checked in there is something wrong
Jody did a great job jumping in to help me since Eddie was not yet at work. She was very helpful and got me processed and out of there. Eddie called me to let me know that my car was ready and my car was waiting for me when I got there.
