Jason is the reason that I drive to Grapevine to get my car serviced, I have a dealer within a few minutes from my house but I don’t mind driving an hour to know that I get the best and most honest service around! Always been satisfied with Jason as well as Pete Roshell. My all time favorite service writer, John Goddard recommended Pete before he left. But Jason has done a good job for me on multiple occasions. Both are good. I ask for them when I come in for service. I try to establish a business relationship with a particular service writer. I want to know who’s handling my car business and them know me. In trying to find that type of situation in the 15 years of Expedition ownership I’ve had 14 different Service Writers at Grapevine Ford. Please keep Pete and Jason happy! Thanks

Jason Scaff was great because he patiently listened as I explained my vehicle issue, then he asked me clarifying questions, he explained he had in-depth knowledge of the issue and assured me the issue would be fixed within two days. I got my vehicle back two days later as promised. Great service experience.
I didn’t get my 10% Military discount. Unfortunately I was in a hurry when I left and didn’t check my bill till I got home.
Jody was very helpful just brought my vehicle in for a recall she let me know things that needed attention it’s not my vehicle I was just Taking care of the recall before taking it to California for my brother.
