I traded my 2017 MKC select for a 2019 MKC Reserve (now lease) with help of Audrey and Jen. So after the Zatek appt with Miquel L. I saw my car just long enough to clear it out. Note: Jen the appraiser, said I had one of the cleanest cars she had seen in a awhile. Thanks for all you guys at the service dept do. It is always nice to go there in person. Everyone is always pleasant.

Andrew was the best rep I have had since I have owned the car. He was great and communicated everything to me but I asked for a state inspection and they forgot to do it. Andrew did offer to make it right but I didn’t have time. For that reason I cannot say I am completely satisfied

My wife took the car shopping the next day and when she came home she asked me to go look on the passenger side on the floor. I went out and looked down the whole glove box assembly was laying on the floor on the passenger side... I was able to figure out how to re-engage it so it Fanta so it functions properly, but the fact that it fell out suggest that it wasn't reengage properly after the airbag was changed. I emailed Brian about that and never got a reply.

One thing went wrong and I had to drove back to the shop. When originally driving there th low tire warning came on. You were told about it and I assumed all tires would be checked since they were being rotated. One tire was replaced because of a sidewall puncture but they neglected to reset the sensor so I drove back over so this could be done. On my way again within a few minutes and the low tire warning is om again????? I drove aroind the block and baack to the shop where they found two tires needed air. Shouldn't this have all been checked earlier?
