It should never take 2+ hours for an oil change.
3 hour wait for a “quick” lane oil change was mildly disappointing BUT THE BIGGER ISSUE is your staff losing the keys to our vehicle before the truck even made it to a service bay. Still waiting on the new key fob to come in which means another 2 hours wasted with after work traffic to bring the truck back in to be rekeyed. Only saving grace was that I had grabbed the secondary set so at least you didn’t lose our house keys too. Tyler was very apologetic about the issue and quickly lined up a loaner vehicle at no charge so I could get home.
