The guys did not do a good job wiping off the oil the In the engine bay or underneath the truck. I had oil in my garage I had to wipe up. The most important thing to me is clean up the oil off my engine and under the truck. Kinda of a big miss in my opinion. I didn’t realize I needed to tell a Ford Tech to clean up the mess and take pride in your work. You have to clean off the oil or don’t get it everywhere please. I take pride in a clean engine so they should have known to wipe off the oil. Pete was a nice guy, but the mechanics doing the oil change dropped the ball. I have serious doubts about doing my transmission fluid flush now or any future service.

This is the 1st Zatek Service in which the vehicle when picked up was as clean as a newly sold vehicle which is what your sale department told me when I purchased this service. I was very pleased with Tyler’s handling of my service and will be sure and ask for him again.

The work was completed o. Thursday. As of today, Saturday, I am still waiting to get the paperwork. I was told I was going to get an email with it the next day. It didn't happen. Also, I brought my car un Wednesday T 8 am as my appointment. My car did not get any work done until the next day.
Alfredo was AWESOME! He took care of me and my Escape exceptionally! Customer Service and time is one of the best I have received at a dealership. Love how I didn’t feel pushed to do anything extra or add this and that, I received honesty!
Car is still having same issue. They miss tagged my car and it took them awhile to find it. I asked the gentleman at the service dept when I was picking up my car what did they find out and he said that they should have told me that when they left the message that my car was ready. I told him they did not, then he went to get someone to get my car no more response was given on the work done. I was told my car would be washed and it was not but the paperwork showed it was. I do not believe they even looked at my car and they had it for 2 days. I live in Grand Prairie and would always take my car back to the Grapevine dealership for service but not sure I will be going back anymore.
