Aaron McClure was professional and courteous. I do question why your service dept doe not break out the labor hours on my estimate. What am I paying for? My water pump went out at 75k and now my t-connector goes out 20k miles later??? Every time I take vehicle in, it’s a minimum of $500, these are not parts that normally wear out in this range. While I have NO issues with Aaron, it does make me question the integrity of your service dept as a whole.

Alfredo was awesome, very refreshing from the rest of the team I met. Very pleasant and responsive, other than the fact that the tech lied to Alfredo about removing the water from my diesel fuel system, and eddie in warranty, you should have them take ques from Alfredo, with the attention of detail that he asserted, He was the only pleasant part of my experience and should be commended on the his level of service. I wish ford would hire more customer service reps like him.
