When she said fuel pump needed to be replaced it surprised me because it was replaced last November. Had to call other Ford place to ask about warranty because new pump only had about 700 miles on it. So I called GV Ford back and told her. She said she needed to check with manager & to make an appointment. I made the appointment for Tuesday the 3rd to bring in the receipt to prove its under warranty. Came in Tuesday with receipt & she acts like I didn't tell back on Friday about it being under warranty before GV Ford replaced the pump again. Why would I make an appointment after my car has been there for a few days then? I also regret agreeing to the fuel system cleaning. It's pushed as a package with the fuel pump so a fuel pump that goes out that quickly the warranty should cover that. But that part is my own fault. I told her at first to just fix the fuel pump & should've held to that.

Pete was awesome. I would not know how he could have made things better.

3 hours for oil change with appointment is too long. My time is valuable. If I known it was to take that long I would I done myself at home.

Andrew has helped me several times before and is always knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. The service is usually on time or better than promised. Great job and I will be back.
