I was more than satisfied with the service and the Grapevine Ford service representative, Jason, however when I got home I noticed a sparkly rough substance on the windshield and windows and the body of the car. I texted Jason who said it was probably tree sap and to bring it back for a wash. I appreciate the manner in which Jason handled the service and the substance issue.
Josh is always the best! He explains everything thoroughly,and keeps me up to date on the status of my vehicle.
I'm beyond unsatisfied with the treatment during the selling process. I feel deceptive and misleading practice by your dealership and salesperson.
Also The car I got had broken windshield chip which were not able to see at the time of purchase and it should be disclose to us when your dealership know about it.
I have bought many car through dealership through out my life and this was the worst experience ever. I would never want to go through this experience again and will find alternate ways to buy in future like carvana etc. Where the stand buy there product and there selling process is not deceptive.
I will be sharing by experience with all my friends and family and I know lots of people that buy expensive cars. Also i will be taking this issue to your corporate BHA group and with ford motor company as well.

I finally received my truck back after getting a bedliner sprayed in and having the grill replaced for the second time. I noticed there is overspray all over the hood and the windshield from what seems to be a clearcoat spray onto something while my truck was parked close by. Not pleased.

Andrew and the nice kid who took me to my office were very good. Your labor prices and the Fusion design are terrible. $ 700 for 2 new light bulbs? I bought 2 bulbs at ORielleys for $58 and took an hour and 15 minutes to pull the headlight and replace bulb. No wonder Ford cancel the Fusion.

It took 3 days for my vehicle to even be looked at by a tech. When they contacted me to let me know "nothing was wrong", they make you feel like a complete idiot by saying that it was due to me being low on gas. Just distasteful and unprofessional.
