Josh did great. My only comment/complaint would be concerning scheduling. I had an appointment for a Friday morning at 7am, made a few weeks in advance, because I have every other Friday off of work and would not require a rental car if my car was serviced over the weekend. I arrived and was told my car couldn’t be seen until Monday. I do appreciate the honesty, which saved me from needing alternative transportation for a longer period, but what’s the point of appointments if you can’t honor them?
