Great service and communication
I am not happy to a found out that Ford is no longer making cars specifically the Ford fusion.
They took care of our concerns and advised us well.
Jason I had been my advisor the last several times I’ve had my car in and I will continue to set appointments with him. Great communicator of any issues and keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Highly recommend him.
Alfredo always does a great job
Needed an oil change and a state inspection. I was in and out a lot sooner than expected.

Excellent experience as always
I am,still working on. Radiator showed no sign of damage in the area of leak, which appears to be a defect. So, i have to take it to another shop to determine why it is leaking. After the results, i can determine if it was evaluated correctly.
Jason was excellent on phone when I couldn’t get my car jumped to bring it in.
I will ask for him next time I come in.
Despite having made an appointment several days prior to my appointment time, and dropping my vehicle off the evening before the scheduled service, NO WORK WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE. To make matters worse, this is the second time this has happened to me at your dealership. Zero isn’t a low enough number to rate my satisfaction with your service department.
Pete is professional and friendly. This I believe is the 2nd time he’s been my advisor and very consistent in dealings with him in the positive
