Pete always takes care of me, I can depend on him to get me in and out quickly.
My original service advisor severely failed me and let me down. If it were not for Aaron McBride my vehicle would have gone without its required maintenance. Aaron presented the greatest qualities of customer service and I greatly appreciate him and the service he provided.

Jason Scaff, has done such a great job with my car. I drove all the way back from Pennsylvania having an idea that my car needed some attention. However, before I left PA they told me it was fine. I get here, I need breaks. The front and alignment is much better and handles so much easier. Not only that :-) My car was cleaned. His attention to customer care is an asset to your company. Not all Ford companies have the character that yours has having Jason Scaff there.
