In terms of service and process, they were all good. However, I was very uncomfortable with employees not wearing masks.
I just bought a used work truck and drove straight to Grapevine Ford to do the preventive maintenance for the mileage due. Andrew Cannon is my normal advisor but he was off, I went anyway ànd I found that the customer sevice is genuine. Pete was outstanding. He was able to provide all the necessary service needed. I feel that this team of advisor have shown outstanding quality service. Pete, Andrew and the other gentlemen working Saturday show that Grapevine Ford stand above the rest and I will continue to drive past 3 other Ford dealerships to get a team of quality service. Great job! Please accept this as a "That a boy"
When I made my appointment, I asked specifically that the cabin air filter would be changed. It didn't happen. I was told I never asked for that (are you calling me a liar).
I bought my car from your dealership. I've only had it serviced there. That changed after the experience today.

Grapevine Ford mentioned oil leaking from a bolt and said the bolt was not the original part for the vehicle. The past three oil changes occurred at Grapevine Ford so why was this issue not presented at any of the previous oil changes and the only thing stated when asked the question the technician does not work here any more this type of customer service is not appreciated

I appreciated that the Valet service communicated upon starting drive to my home and that I could track the drivers progress and that he was on time.
Received a letter from Lincoln asking me to make appointment to replace a part under warranty. I did and received a confirmation via email. Yet when I arrived at the garage they had no record of my appointment and I was told the part would need to be ordered. Mr Luna did the best he could given the messy situation. This is the second survey I received which suggest Lincoln still doesn’t know what happened. And I am still waiting for a notification telling me when I need to take my car for the part to be replaced. Poor overall
