My whole experience was awful. First the veh wasn’t going to be ready until Thursday and that was fine. She called Monday and left a message that it would be ready Tuesday morning then when I called Tuesday she said Thursday and on but it was ready today Tuesday. I will not communicate with Laura again. Also when I got in my truck all the plastic and paper mats were left in the veh and they didn’t even take the service number off the mirror I’ve never had this kind of service with the dealership.

Brought my 2017 Expedition in for Alignment. I had a 10:00am appt. At 11:30 I left dealership & my alignment was worse then when I brought it in. I called my service rep. I’m bringing my vehicle back tomorrow morning. I want to be in & out within the hour with my alignment properly working.

I took my vehicle in to get touch screen repaired. My vehicle was operational with no issues. I received a phone call that the diagnostic machine could not get a reading because the battery was low. Battery is 2 years old. She tried to sell my a battery for $180. I said no thanks because the battery is under warranty. When I picked up my vehicle it was running with a sign that said keep running. I turned my vehicle off and it would not turn back on. The battery was completely drained. I was told it was low, not dead. Had my wife taken the car grocery shopping she would have been stranded. I’m convinced the diagnostic machine drained the battery. Too much of a coincidence. Also, be honest and tell me that the battery is completely dead. This is why dealers and mechanics have a bad reputation.
