I was told the procedure to maintain the factory recall would only take 1hour well after 21/2hours I finally got my service accomplished.in previous services like oil change it took well over 2 hours even with an appointment .I am so dissatisfied with your service dept that I will not use your service again nor will I recommend you to anyone .i am done. Thank you

Jason is very professional and accommodating. Service was efficient with minimal wait time. Explains work completed. Filing for reimbursement from ford for prior Repair done and paid. Received letter from Ford notifying of issue with parts on door latch causing lights to remain on running down the battery. Battery had to be replaced twice. Thank you
