Staff are excellent but didnt need an upsale for new rotors. Ford by replaced the pads in 30 minutes and said new rotors wernt needed

Mr Roshell did an outstanding job taking care of our vehicle and explaining the process as well as updates along the way with completion 2 hours sooner than expected.
