Alfredo is an Allstar at Grapevine Ford Service Center. He exemplifies 110% Customer Service Satisfaction and he's always positive. He's a great mentor to trainees and I know when I bring my work trucks in they're guaranteed to be expedited as he knows time is money and our work trucks have to be on the road making money.
