Unforeseen repair, which was taken in and repaired (under warranty) on a same day basis, which was beyond my expectation.
Service not cheap and too much recommendation to fix. But the worse thing was take my car and comeback again because some piece on one tire was not fixed and touching the tire...

I made the appointment for an oil change and to complete all outstanding recalls. When I arrived, Jody said I needed to leave my truck “all day”. Not sure what that meant so I asked her. She said I could be ready from 5-7pm. I told her that I wanted to reschedule the recalls but that I wanted to go ahead with the oil change. She made it clear that she was not okay with that, I felt as is she was pressuring me to leave my vehicle there longer than I could go without it. We agreed on the reschedule of the recalls. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the car wash. I said yes. Later that morning, I texted to check on status, she said they were working on paperwork but that it would be ready soon. I received no text so I just came over. The truck wasn’t washed which infuriated me since she made it a point to ask. Jody was no where to be found so another advisor helped me. I asked about the wash and she told me that the washer bay or whatever was broken. Really?? Jody should have 1, been there to go over the service with me as my advisor and 2, should have texted that the vehicle was not washed and reason. Twice in a row that I have had a less than satisfactory experience at this location. Clarance, fleet manager for Kiewit, the company I work for has twice had to run interference and has made it right, but it shouldn’t be that way. Something needs to change with the employee training program when it comes to courtesy and basic communication. Thanks.
Jason Scaff was very professional and was able to get my vehicle in and out very quickly. He is super knowledgeable and knows what my issue is and can give the exact answer in great detail.
