I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment at 830am. Service guy had NO idea who I was. Directed me the accessory guy. Accessory guy takes me to the parts guy who gets into a discussion with the accessory guy on who has the installation. Finally Alfredo takes over and the side board installation moves smoothly after that

I took my car in for the ac and I had to wate week before it was even looked at then it took another week to repair then I was called to pick it up And when I showed up it wasn’t ready
