Service couldn’t be better...advisor was fantastic. I do wish y’all offered loaners...as nice as the Lyft service is, its not the same as being able to carry out my day. Maybe I need to go to Lincoln for that? But the service advisor was 10/10

Laura Benevides is a great customer service rep but your technicians screwed up a perfectly good transmission doing routine 60k mile service. Would never let your guys do anything again other than change oil. But trading back into a Tundra anyway so moot point...
