I have tried to call and have left several messages with the staff to please contact me. I dropped my car off Tuesday and have received NO calls and NO information about the status of my vehicle. Please call me. This is terrible service. ****-****-xxxx

Jody "held my hand" (socially distant) thru the entire process, which I very much appreciated. She immediately responded to my nearly daily messages promptly & always very courteously. Thankful that I brought my car to the dealership!

Cracked windshield on a used 2019 Ford Raptor. Talked to several people at Grapevine, all said that a 3rd party will call me. It’s been 2 weeks. Not salesmen’s fault but service department is very disappointing. My callback is ****-****-xxxx

I will no longer do business with you... worst experience possible. Couldn't have been any worse... and after they put special customer satisfaction people on the case it was still dropped. And in to of it all I asked for my tires to be rotated and t h e flat to be fixed...well i have an alert that my tire is low and it's still the same tire. Liars and terrible service. I hope this business fails I will do everything in my power to boycott your business.

It took too long even though I had an appointment. I wasn’t told that I needed a cabin filter or an air filter change. It was on the multi point inspection report that I got after I left. And the fluid levels were not topped off. My window wash fluid is not full and the orange liquid container next to it is below min line. And one of my tire psi was 32 so the tire psi was not checked on the tires. Makes me wonder what else they didn’t do.
