Service was awesome! I was quoted $120 by Alfredo and when it came back to being a little more expensive than he thought he price matched me!
Alfredo was friendly and very helpful. He even double checked to make sure I had the wheel lock before I left and arranged a shuttle for me.
Took ao long to get answer about my recall . I waited 3.5 hrs to find out . Had to order recall part. Thought they were prepared for this when recalls happen.

I had arranged for a pickup at my home and when that did not happen I called and found out that the appointment was scheduled but not the pickup. Thus , I had to bring my car for the service but I do appreciate the loaner car and the concierge service did return my car to my home and picked up the loaner which I greatly appreciate.
I had to check with Tyler to find out if the replacement part had come in. Tyler did not check.

Theservice was great as usual, but Noone called to tell me when they were done. At about 4PM I was getting nervous about rush hour traffic and called and was told it was ready.
Was a good visit and you’re the first of 4 Ford dealerships to wash my car which was appreciated.
I was very well satisfied with courtesy of staff and the accuracy of a job well done.
