Poor communication. Laura would text me with information and I would reply with a question. She wouldn’t answer. I had to call back numerous times for answers. The part on order for my truck is over 6 weeks on order and no call on when it will come in. This survey is over a month from when I brought my truck in to your shop. Just called for a status update.
