Hi, I am pleased with pick up and drop off of my vehicle. I am not so happy about the actual service portion. This was a third time if I am correct my car was serviced at dealership. Previously, everything was shared and discussed properly throughout over the phone or text as both times I left my car there, I was even given full print out of possible work needed in near future. Those who were supervising my car service reached out personally to provide details and took payment & made sure I left as happy custoner. I understand diffcult times we are all in, and only reason I wanted to send my car at dealership was convenience of pick up/drop off and my previous experience with service team. I am so disappointed that no one contacted me to let me know my car arrived there, I had to call and leave messages multiple times. Once call was transferred to Ford side and agent almost gave me a heart attack by saying no such last name or car is here for service. No details were offered from Service expert or any information if something else needed attention in my car. I am so so dissatisfied!

Tyler exceeded expectations by recognizing I was in a hurry and got me out 30 minutes before his estimate. I almost left because of the original estimate time but he got it done. Well done. Thanks!

The rear wiper blade should have been replaced. I had to request it. It was dine right away and I appreciate that. The vehicle was not vacuum ed. Paper malts were place over the debris in the front.
