Made advanced appointment, advised to bring in Navigator at 0900 for paint sealant application. Advised it would take 4 hrs. Finally received vehicle after 7:00 pm. 10 hours????? After I left dealer on my way home I noticed my drivers side wiper was disconnects and laying on tray at the base of window. Returned following morning and advised service rep of the situation. Different fellow). He went to the back and spoke to someone. He got a replacement and installed it for me. Great guy!!).

I brought my car in for recall repairs. After 24 hours they were not done and I was told my car was ready for pickup. Completely unsatisfied and extremely poor customer service. Additionally, There was another repair recommendation on my ticket and I declined the repair at the time and still was told my car was ready.
