Hi Matthew..tnx for reaching out...concerns yes...I was told before buying that ford XLT had no accidents, I discovered otherwise, so it was misrepresented. Second, when price was finalized, a car key was yanked out of offer without mentioning it to me, misrepresented again, I said this was not part of deal to buy suv, it was told to me to now purchase the additional key n add to price, so I didn't get extra key, don't have more money, thirdly, before signing I told rep that one car tire is different then the rest n should be matching, as this is basic for a 20k+ vehicle, I was told, can't be done. I also mentioned multiple stains on seats. Hope these issues can be fixed, as y'all still have vehicle. Tnx, Ehrab.
