Alfredo was great but you should take a look at your pricing on replacing a diesel fuel filter. Seems very high.

These surveys are ****. Alfredo does a fantastic job of providing cover for the **** job your mechanics and technicians do. He’s the ONLY reason I still keep coming back. He can’t do enough for me. But your service techs must be completely overloaded and/or mismanaged because they are just patching **** up and getting it out without proper diagnosis to find the underlying cause of problems. Treating the symptoms only eventually causes customers to leave. Alfredo does all he can to cover for this incompetence and he should be COMMENDED! I’d welcome a call from your head of service. Call me. ****-****-xxxx. (I doubt I’ll get a call because these surveys are ****)
