I've said it before, and I will continue to say it; Tyler is awesome!! I genuinely enjoy talking to him and bringing my truck in for service. His communication is the best I've ever experienced, and he just takes care of business! Great asset to the team, I'll continue to bring my truck to Tyler for as long as I have it.

Please give future customers with this recall issue a realistic expectation on a timeframe of completion. Not at all Andrews issue. The scheduling secretary is the one setting the initial expectation.
