This was my first time visiting the service location and I was very impressed and extremely happy with the outcome. I had a really bad experience at a different Ford dealership so I decided to take my truck to Grapevine this is the location that I bought it from back in February 2019. I made an appointment just to get my oil changed and I appreciate that you also washed my truck however I was there for over two hours. That is a very long time just to get an oil change. Additionally, every time I take my vehicle to your shop for service there is grease on the driver door sill.

2 voice mails to Alfredo. None answered. Just had 30K check completed. Told by Alfredo my original HANOOK TIRES worn out and given prices to replace. 30K???? Noticed from price sheet given by Alfredo that these tires have 50K tread warranty. Ok......question is......how does this issue apply to my CURRENT situation???? Please acknowledge. BRIAN N

When I came in for my appointment there was no record that I made that appointment. I was later informed that my appointment was made for a different day. I then was placed on a call list and turned away. Not happy with this process
