Price for TPM sensors way above market price. Charged $100 for each part + labor when the OEM part can be bought for under $30.
Miguel did a great job getting the repair work done and working with my warranty company to get it largely paid for by them. He kept me fully informed the entire time and followed up with a phone call the day after I picked it up. Great job Miguel and thank you!!
Pete is always a professional and courteous even when delivering bad news. Glad to see him whenever we bring our car in for service.

After about 1-1/4 hour , I started to walk around the waiting room and as i came to the “garage” door and I spotted my car outside just sitting there. At first I couldn’t believe that it was my car since it was in the outside close to the entry.
I then walked toward the car and sure enough it was mine. Since Alfredo was not at his desk, I had someone to make sure that my car was indeed ready to be released to me. I possibly could have had my car and on my way 10-15 minutes earlier. I’ve alway had good service but...I could have left earlier.. sad...
Alfredo is always professional and thorough in all his work he does. He is an asset to your organization and company face to the customer. and I always look forward to working with him on all my service and parts needs at Grapevine Ford. Keep up the good work.
