I could not get a response from anyone concerning the status of my car. The service itself was fine, but the lack of communication was frustrating.

Pete did a truly amazing job. He didn’t know me but made sure I felt taken care of or maybe even like I was a priority. I have always had family in the car business, but not anymore. I didn’t think I could ever be so taken care of by someone who wasn’t family. I appreciate grapevine ford and Pete. If I can find a way to use them in the future I will do it.
