Andrew Shannon was a rock star. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly, he gave me his contact info and communicated progress without my having to play voicemail tag! He fully explained what would be done, how much it would cost and when work would be completed. He delivered everything he promised and did it well. I would give him 10/10.

My experience was not great. I bought my truck in October, and brought it back for its first service. There was a lot of confusion, my truck was bounced between service and quick lane (I wanted a recall issue taken care of as well as oil change, and my first service tech just saw oil change and disregarded my recall) there was confusion on whether my truck was done or not.
I called at noon after dropping it off at 8:30Am. I was bounced from person to person for 10 minutes before someone from Service actually picked up. They said they’d let Chris know to call me. At 1:30pm I had not heard anything and called again. Again it was more than 10 minutes, and no one from service ever answered. The receptionist again offered to let chris know to call me, but since the first message never made it, I asked to stay on hold until service picked up. At about 15 minutes finally someone from service said they would call me back, they had no idea where my truck was or what work had been done.
Chris finally called me back about 30 minutes, he had not received any of my messages, but was able to coordinate service getting my recall done, as well as oil change and first service. With everything going wrong, I had no intention of EVER bringing my truck back.
I had a good conversation with Chris. He offered me another free oil change for next time, and honestly he kept me as a customer.
- Obviously the folks in service need more support if it takes 10-15 minutes to actually get anyone from the department on the line.
- I will give the department another chance because of Chris.

I am very impressed with the staff at Grapevine Ford. Devin Arndt in sales was fantastic and Pete Roshell was extremely helpful and friendly. We will return as a customer of Grapevine Ford.
