Chris was awesome. However, you have a serious problem with your scheduling department and/or software. When I arrived for my appointment, Chris could find no record of my appointment in your system. He still managed to get my vehicle in on time and out within the time promised by Austin in scheduling.
I called your scheduling phone number again while I was waiting for my vehicle service. I was told that Austin was not available that day, but another gentleman was able to find my appointment which Austin had made. He was unable to tell me where the breakdown was in communicating the appointment details to the local dealership.
Ericka did what she could for me. Tyler did nothing, Jason was a total failure.. so I am on my 3rd service rep now

Aaron did a great job. I had a less pleasant experience a few months ago when I stopped by the service department for the same service needed, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Aaron is fantastic. Totally satisfied.
